All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is shipped, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control. We also recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. If you haven’t received your package within 14 days of shipment, please contact us right away so we can assist.
Customers who select the pickup option must contact us at blossombeautyzshop @gmail.com to confirm eligibility. Please note that this option is only available to customers located in New York State. Once eligibility is confirmed, detailed pickup instructions will be provided via email.
