Question:  Is there a pick up option?
Answer: Yes, pick up options are available for customers who live in New York State ONLY. Please email us at blossombeautyzshop @gmail.com first before placing your order to ensure you are eligible for this option. 

Question: Do you have a store front?
Answer: We currently do not have a store front, but feel free to follow us on all social media platforms to stay connected with us on upcoming events/ popup shops!

Question: What is the shelf life of your products?
Answer: Our products have a shelf life of 12-18 months. Our soaps have a shelf life of 4-6 months.

Are your products non-toxic and cruelty free?
Answer:
Yes! All products are safe for your skin, non-toxic, and cruelty free. I do not use any harsh chemicals or ingredients in my products nor do I test my products on animals. If you have any allergies of any kind, please read the ingredients list on the description before purchasing. 

Question: Can body butters melt?
Answer: Yes, body butters can melt because they are made simply with natural butters and oils. We recommend keeping your body butter in a cool setting and not leaving them in the car or some place where they can melt.

Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: We do not accept returns, exhanges, or refunds at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your support and cooperation!

Question: Do you accept wholesale orders?
Answer: Yes, we are now accepting wholesale orders for certain items. Please contact us via email for more information!
